My Opinion
| PLEASE NOTE: You may have heard that the President
has asked all citizens to report to
flag@whitehouse.gov all sightings of internet traffic
that 'smells fishy'.
If, after browsing this site, you decide to report me,
please be advised that I have already reported myself,

I am scared. Very scared. An inexperienced state senator from the Democratic
political machine in Chicago Illinois got himself elected as a US Senator, and
immediately began using that office to run for President of the United States.
That man, Barry Soetoro, now known as Barrack Hussein Obama' succeeded on a mantra
of change.
Now, we are seeing what he meant by change. A very basic change in the
American way of life and government where the Federal government controls almost
every facet of life in these United States.
First, he took over control of the financial industry. He had his
rubber stamp Congress pass a huge bill that gave the government control over
most of the major banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
He appointed 'czars', answerable to him, and him only, to control these
institutions, set the wages of their executives and other senior personnel and
forcing them into 'government loans' that only the government can determined
if and when they are to be repaid.
Next came the automotive industry. He forced Chrysler into bankruptcy and then
force their sale to Fiat. He forced General Motors into bankruptcy court,
unashamedly fired their duly appointed CEO and assumed
control of their common stock, kept most of it for the government, and
ignoring bankruptcy law, stole money from the stock holders and especially
the bond holders and gave it to his friends in the Unions. General Motors is
now owned by the US Government and the Unions, two of the main culprits
responsible for the problems with GM.
He now has his sights set on the Medical industry where he proposes a
'government plan' to provide 'competition' to the hundreds of options already
in the market place. And, rather than just subsidizing the 'government option'
with more printed money, he is seeking to kill the 'Medicare Advantage plans'
that save retired workers hundreds of dollars per month. He thinks we will
believe that a government plan paid for by unspecified taxes on future taxpayers
will be able to 'compete fairly' with private insurance plans that rely solely
on premiums to make a reasonable profit.
And, if all that is not enough, he is pushing the 'cap and trade' policy
to promote 'greener energy' and reduce global warming.
'Cap and Trade' is so insidious that they won't even call it what it is: a
very large tax. In case you haven't been paying attention, the whole idea
behind 'cap and trade' is to make the existing carbon based energy (oil, coal, gas, etc)
so expensive that the unproven and much more expensive energy sources, like solar
and wind, become 'economically feasible'. Another way of saying that is' that
if gas is $6.00 a gallon, then $5.00 solar energy seems pretty cheap.
'Cap' just says that the energy sources he doesn't like (carbon) are 'capped'
on the amount of carbon they can emit into the atmosphere. Anything above
whatever artificial limit the government sets, must be offset by sending (trading)
real money to the 'green energies'. So, oil companies pay undisclosed fees into the government,
thus driving up the price of gas and oil, and the government sends an undisclosed
percentage of that money to the green energy producers, this driving down
the their price. In other, even simpler words, the government will decide
which form of energy you use by manipulating the price. It is really that simple.
What scares me the most is that so much of the public is buying all this
crap. The mainstream media is treating him like he is Superman and can do no wrong.
When is the last time you heard ANYTHING critical of him from the mainstream
media, other than perhaps Fox News.
And it is not just Barry (a.k.a. Barrack Hussein Obama). He now has a full rubber stamp Congress
run by the most ultra liberals of all the liberals, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.
If these were 'blue-dog' conservative Democrats, I wouldn't be so worried.
But, Barry, Nancy and Harry are three of the most liberal politicians in this country.
Don't just take my word for it, check their ratings with whatever organization
you prefer. They are ULTRA left wing radicals. And they control Congress.
So, I feel very powerless to stop this run-away march to a European type
of Socialism. But I do have this little website. And it allows me to vent
my frustration. And attempt to collect essays, cartoons and other material
by those with similar frustrations. On the following pages, you will find
thoughts from people who have expressed the ideas far better than I. There is
not enough. If you run across anything else, please fee free to forward them to me.

A woman wrote this open letter to Glenn Beck, a political commentator
who has a show on Fox News. You may disagree completely with the
thoughts and ideas expressed, but they are well presented. She writes
and makes her thoughts known better than I. You may not agree, but, if
you read it, perhaps you will understand the frustration being felt out
here. If you don't, you are not trying to understand.

Star Parker is a black female syndicated columnist.
You might know her better as the sole conservative host on the daytime
soap opera and talk show "the View". She writes of
her experience escaping the welfare state. And worries about the expansion
of the welfare state to corporate enterprises.

At the top right hand corner of Page 17 of the New York Post

I found this interesting, so here it is, word for word, as it appeared:

One of the tenets of socialism is that all people are not only
treated equally, but are rewarded equally. Or, as Barrack Hussein Obama
likes to say, 'We should be willing to share the wealth'. Here is a
practical example of how well that works.
Human nature is so predictable.

The National Debt is increasing exponentially. You may have heard
Barrack Hussein Obama constantly blaming that on President Bush.
Follow this link to get a great demonstration on exactly how and when
the debt has and continues to grow. You will be surprised.

Bob Basso author of "Common Sense" plays the role of Thomas Paine to ignite the fire of change in America.
I don't think that this is the 'change' that Barrack Hussein Obama was talking about,
but it is very close to the change I want to see.

People ask me why I don't like Barry Soetho, a.k.a. Barrack Hussein Obama.
The reasons are so many I don't have time to enumerate them all, but this
YouTube clip gives you a very good presentation on why I want his policies
to fail.

Lou Pritchett is a former executive and author retired from
Proctor & Gamble. He wrote this letter to the New York Times, but
it was never published by them. Instead, it is bouncing around
the Internet.
If you read this letter, you will have a much better idea about
why so many of us are so frustrated

This is a very brief 3rd Grade Civics Lesson. See if you
remember anything from that time.
In other words, have you grown up or do you still think like
a nine year old.
